Burns London Ltd. (1960-65)

The Jazz Range
 12. Jazz/62 One of the better "budget-priced" Burns guitars. It has a clear Stratocaster influence, yet retains its own distinct character. Fitted with Tri-Sonic pick-ups. Early Jazz Short Scale. Early specimen in mahogany. Produced in 1962-65.
13.Jazz/63 The same guitar, but a later version and in a very unusal finish. Note the screw-fixing on the bridge cover. 1962-65.

14. Jazz Split Sound / 62. Another popular Fender-influenced Burns guitar. A lot of British guitarists began their careers with it. It has Split Sound pick-ups with presets like "Wild Dog". Became even more popular than the Jazz. Fairly large quantities were produced in 1962-65, along with a bass version (Jazz Bass).
